He's trying to be a more accessible Chancellor, going to games, student events, etc. 2 weeks ago he applied to be the full Chancellor but another ECU official wants the job and pushing this story through local media. My reaction is a combination of knowing that a guy in his position should have known why this wouldn't fly, and remembering what an absurdly fucking stupid country we are when it comes to alcohol.
