Yeah it's been at least 15 years I would say. When did Sin City come out? I think it started around then... or 300. Those movies used comic con very effectively to promote themselves. Shit Entourage had a whole episode about them going to Comic Con to promote Vince's Aquaman movie. 1 Quote
