stepee Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Has there ever been a business you hated so much that you actively tried to destroy it? Quote
Mr.Vic20 Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 We are (Cornell royal "we" here) currently considering legal action that will result in the destruction of an environmental engineering firm I currently have under contract. Based on their disastrous performance to date, its more than well deserved. I've actually run out of the chemical that causes my body to manifest the physiological response to sustained mental anger at this point. Does that count? Quote

Guest Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Yeah, I’ve chosen to wind down a couple of operations that weren’t worth the time. The worst thing you can do is ignore the writing on the wall and drag something out. Better move the capital (especially the human variety) in a different direction. For example, we had a frozen yogurt place for around 4 years and it always was a break even venture, but the amount of hours that went into it relative to our financially successful businesses just didn’t make sense. My wife also had a tea room for 4-5 years and she eventually decided to give it to her manager as school stuff took up more time when our oldest got to junior high. Quote

They were pretty cool in the 80s. 1 Quote
