DPCyric Posted August 15, 2021 Share Posted August 15, 2021 Had some thunderstorms the other day and now I can't sign into my Microsoft account. Now I can't access any of my personal files but my apps still work. I've tried the basic fixes it suggests they don't work, I've done some command line repairs, I've tried to restore to backup (doesn't restore) and I've even tried resetting my device while keeping my personal files (said it failed and no changes were made).
