Littleronin
Up until this past week we have got very little on the snow pack that feed our lake (I live on just across the border in Nevada from Mono County). Even people that come in from Lee Vining have said the things were pretty bare for the last few years there. But last week they had an avalanche that closed a couple major highways and got hit by a pretty big storm so they will be like "Oh we got snow that should nullify the need for this idea." Also on a related the Southern Nevada water district might have to declare a state of emergency due to Lake Mead getting close to its automatic conversation levels. I don't care about the ranchers, but I do care about the sage grouse population, and if this really does hurt it, the decision needs to be reversed. Sage Grouse are losing habitat worldwide, and we can't allow actions that actively harm the population.
