As long as you learned from it.

My mother was nearly killed by a drunk driver a decade ago. Spent an entire year in physical therapy while that guy who hit her SUED HER because he injured only his shoulder and "couldn't hold his daughter anymore".

Please tell me he didn't win anything?

And yeah, i feel like a complete asshole every time I think about it.

So basically, she can eat shit and die. Drunk drivers go against the wall after they're sober enough to stand up against it.

I mean, i'm certainly against it, but I also did it when I was younger. Luckily I was never caught. It pains me to think how stupid it was. But I was 17-18, and I learned. This woman wasn't a child making a mistake she regrets, it sounds like shes just an all around bad person.

I mean, sure they're scary and all, but not really practical if you wanna commit murder, I would think.

I guess I would have assumed they were illegal, but like I said, it's not an item that really ever crosses my mind.

Exactly. They used to be used in war because of trenches and fox holes. But they certainly aren’t going to cause the destruction of an AR when it comes to human life.

Bruce Lee wasn't a legit fighter anyway, didn't anyone understand that scene in the new Tarantino movie?

*indeed a joke, please nobody start debating the meaning of that scene because holy fuck is that debate cancer

I mean, there is actually no evidence that Bruce Lee was ever in any actual fights. Theres legends and stories. thats it. His image was mostly curated.

The worse are the idiots who believe Bruce Lee would have been a UFC champ with just Jeet Kune-do if he was alive in his prime today :Wrong:

So what does the "well regulated" part of the second amendment meant to you? And does "unrestricted" mean that citizens have the right to flamethrowers? 50. Cal Sniper rifles? Tanks? Those are technically all "arms".

Actually, we already have access to .50 cal sniper rifles (though a .338 Lapua is far superior), and there are absolutely tanks in private hands. And I believe flamethrowers are also legal, but you need a special license.

You know he wanted Muhammad Ali originally, right? Ali said no because Bruce was "a little guy" and Ali wasn't going to lose to him on screen  Kareem was his student so that was an easy get.

considering everything Ali fought for outside the ring, I kinda don't blame him for not wanting to lose on tv during that time period. It was certainly a different time.

No worries, I was just informing, I didn't take it as you trying to be offensive or anything. :)

As for it being strange, it is, but the split happened between seasons 1 and 2 of Sense8 when Lilly transitioned. Not sure what's been up since that split out of necessity due to the transition (Lilly wanted to take time away from work) but it appears it is still ongoing.

Interesting. I knew Lana did Sense8 s2 alone, but I didn’t know the specifics.

It's her sister now rather than brother, just to be clear. :)

Separately, I believe her younger sister Lilly was going through her operation during the filming of season 2 of Sense8 and so only Lana co-wrote and directed season 2 (they both did season 1). Not sure what Lilly is going through since then but seems like she's still pulled back from work. Lana (the older sibling) has always been the more outspoken and artistically inclined of the two of them so I think we're fine but yeah, been weird since Lilly stopped.

Ok, I had no idea both had transitioned, I wasn’t trying to insult or anything.

I just found it strange not to see both names attached to a franchise they are inexorably linked to, at least as a producer or something.
