The entire show is SJW fanservice. But the worst part, haha, is that annoying blur lense effect in every goddamn scene.

They want to drop him because he's a stereotype? The whole fucking show is one big stereotype!

Your horse accident story is hilarious and fun. You should embrace it and roll with it and tell that story to people interested in the game.
Really? Because that story makes me not want to get the game anymore. Stupid AI like that sounds not fun at all.

Frankly, I'm tired of demonizing immigrants, blaming them for the destruction of the country when armed white boys are doing a fine job of that on their own.
Yeah but those armed white guys are sons of immigrants too. It's sad they don't see that.

So is this game any good? Overwhelming positive review scores always give me pause. Aside from the graphics which are undeniablely great, I'm seeing a lot of players say that the controls are just as bad as GTA5 and the missions can be somewhat boring.

Fortnite Battle Royal was a tacked on mode to Fortnite because PUBG was so popular and Fortnite wasn't. It was glitchy but it became popular and later made better. No one can say though that Battlefield's BR game mode will be tacked on until it's playable but if it's squads only and incorporates air, sea and land combat vehicles I can see this being a pretty unique and even more tense version of Battle Royale. Battlefield fans love the series because it's more realistic than casual shooters.

I won't be playing RDR2 because I'm a miserable person and I'm dirt poor.

So I watched the first episode. I really only have a vague recollection of the first season but there is a recap at the beginning.
First episode seems to be a big setup for the rest of the episodes and was surprised to see Netflix bringing the star power with a character voiced by the great
Oh yeah he's the Dead Orbit guy in the Destiny games. (he's actually a popular voice actor as well as one on screen).

I loved the first one when it came out, and still admire it today as an excellent piece of blockbuster film making . For some reason, I never bothered to watch the others. I was even working in a movie theater when Dead Man's Chest came out.
You really should bother. The stories get more crazy and the special effects more elaborite. Each one is an event.

The last one was very exciting and fun throughout. The ending was pretty awesome too. I can't see this series continuing without Depp but I'd keep watching them.

Don't forget that every normal location: Earth, Nessus, Io, Titan, Mars, Mercury have 3 daily bounties each. Tangled Shore has more including the weeklies and dreaming City has a few as well. So every location and most vendors have something for you to do. There's actually too many bounties now. I'm perfectly fine with that.

He's not that great it's just that hit boxes are enormous and one hit to the torso with snipers is a kill in BO4.

Even though this is all pretty terrible working conditions for many of the employees we all still happily use our electronic social media toys and wear clothing created in sweat-shops giving no fucks about the workers in them.

In anticipation of watching Blade Runner 2049 for the first time tomorrow, I watched the original Blade Runner last night.... also for the first time. I somehow managed to overlook this movie for years.
The movie has atmosphere in spades, and I like its handling of the issues it deals with (what it means to be human, technology, etc.). I have to admit though I was only watching it on the side while doing other things so I wasn't closely following the dialogue, so I probably didn't get the full experience. Still, I'm excited to see 2049. I'd give the original 8/10.
I'd give the original a 11/10. It's one of my favoite movies next to ALIEN and Star Wars.

I love the original anime film. I recently showed it to my wife (in anticipation of the Jee-woon Kim directed live-action Korean remake) and she didn't like it much, but she doesn't like densely plotted films normally anyway.
The Korean remake is directed by famed South Korean director Jee-woon Kim, for those that don't know. He's done A Tale of Two Sisters, A Bittersweet Life, The Good The Bad The Weird, I Saw The Devil, and The Age of Shadows. I'm glad to hear the remake is good as he's a fantastic director and I've always been a fan of the original film. Been looking forward to it for awhile now. How did you see it? Is it on Netflix or something already?
Yep, It was recently added to Netflix.

She's just trying to be funny because Louis C.K. is doing stand up again and she likes the attention it brings. But as always she fails to be funny.

I only watch this when it's on Netflix and it's up to season 8 there. 8 has a lot of action but also a lot of the characters doing stupid things the characters never would of done. It's so bad now. Worse than ever. I just watch to see how much worse it can become.

I expect months worth of patches after release fixing all of the issues the game will have because of bad management.

Slapping toys on a controller seem to be something very young children might be into. It also makes the game ridiculously expensive upwards of $300 or so for everything. Better to get the game digitally. It's like $80 for basically everything. Still pricey but nowhere near as stupid. I thought I read somewhere that later the toys will be re-released as just toys at a cheaper price for those that might want one just to display.

You're crazy for doing this. Great job!

Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade - 9/10
I first watched this as a kid and barely understood it thinking it was slow and boring. Now after seeing it again it's still a bit slow but it's certainly not boring. A very good tale of morality and counter-intelligence with impressive animation and iconic battle armor.
Illang: The Wolf Brigade - 8/10
A live-action Korean remake of the original anime film. This seemingly got reviewed poorly for being completely different but I thought it was a very good adaption. Some parts of the story are changed as is the setting and revamped ending to be more actiony but the overall plot and message are the same. If you see them back to back there's not too much different. The action sequences are very well done as is the production quality. It was backed by Warner Bros. and it shows. It has slow moments like the original and the actors performance are spot on but one protagonist is much more lively and a bit nuts over the original character. The battle armor is faithful to the original but looks a bit plastic in some instances.

If anything this game helped influence was for developers to make more bug-riddled messes. I had hoped I had forgotten this game existed. Thanks for reminding me of more of gamings low points.

It was a tame kids show back in the day but this...the very first episode has a woman getting sheers thrown in her neck with blood spewing out...but the acting is still the same bubbly kids stuff.
