How do you commit that much money to Cousins and draft a QB. The value of a 1st round QB is in the cap space. But its already spent!

I would take him at 10+ but not at 6 when Nabers is available.
I think he should be a 2nd rounder.

I think I made a mistake turning in early for the draft. No one is worse at doing a hype buildup up to the start of an event than the NFL.

I’m hoping we don’t trade up for McCarthy.

@thewhyteboar 2 of the last three Raiders first round picks aren't even in the NFL anymore.

I'd really like Joe Alt to fall. Barring that, I am hoping Quinyon Mitchell or Terrion Arnold is available at 13.
If that happens and Nix/Penix plummet to the 2nd round, and somehow we grab them, I would be a happy man.
Wouldn't be super disappointed if we trade down for more picks.

Reading everything they’ve added to FO76 since launch though and what the FUCK were they thinking launching it like they did. They got lucky they might get another shot now because of the show. It took two years before human npcs?!?! And the subscription service came out BEFORE that?????
The unfortunate reality of live service games. If they stayed in development until the content that justified their existence was done, they'd never get made.

You have a Steam Deck don't you?

I would easily be the worst GM in the NFL as I'd absolutely never keep first-round picks if I had them. I'm trading those away for as many later round or future draft picks as I could possibly get away with.
I'm a firm believer that in the NFL draft -- much like warfare -- "quantity has a quality all its own".
The scientific studies agree with you.
NFL teams know the best way to draft, so why aren’t they doing it? (https_theathletic.com)

Unfortunately I don't see the block feature when I clicked his name.
If you hover over the name with your cursor (but don't click), a popup will appear. Ignore is on the bottom right.

This thread is about at the point that someone is about to bring up decolonizing video games.

That's so messed up. Ugh....what game...ewww....what are the right 3 prompts...so gross
It was certainly in The Witcher (you even got collectible cards for each NPC you successfully fucked), several of the RPG Assassin's Creed games, and the Mass Effect games.

It’s got it all. Girls in bikinis is stock for their key art.
I think people have oddly selective memory about this franchise. You know, thank goodness we don’t get games like Duke Nukem 3D anymore, but never mind the game where you can fuck then shoot the scantily clad women.
If they brought back ‘hot coffee’ today, I’m not sure people would make such a deal of it anymore. Sexualization in Western games may not always be as visual, but its become more gameified than when games were targeting teenagers.
The "select the right three dialog prompts to fuck the NPC" is always kinda gross.

GTA. That was a layup.
Actually, I think they're more topless strippers in the strip joint.

Lara Croft was just boobs and guns when she was originally introduced.
Lara Croft wasn't in a bikini. And if the best example people have is a game from 1996, I'm moving on.
Good Faith Discussion -- talking about things that are actually in games
Bad Faith Discussion -- coming up with fictitious examples and basing your entire discussion around it

Because he's drawing a line between "being attractive" and "being sexualized".
Which western AAA games sexualized women by putting them in bikinis?

I brought up Arwen. Liv and Cate are indeed beautiful. The point being made in that comment wasn't that they were not beautiful, it's that it would look stupid if they were running around in bikinis. It was contrasting the difference between have attractive characters and having overly sexualized characters in a setting that doesn't make sense. That they are beautiful, but not sexualized and that the former works but the latter doesn't in that story was the point.
You keep bringing up Bikinis, and I have no idea why.
