I'll drop the Blu-Ray to get a better GPU. It gets hot in my room during the summer so I figured having extra cooling would be a good thing. She ended up passing away around a month later. By the time she was diagnosed she was already losing memories and was often confused, and she quickly deteriorated.
From what I remember she was hospitalized and never got out when they diagnosed her. It happened in the late 90s when I was in high school.

Congrats Triage! The only two people I've personally known who slipped into a coma was my dad at the end of his battle with brain cancer and Aunt who had Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease that put her in a coma before she passed away.

While thats true I don't know why there isn't any PvE crossplay. I'm a little ignorant on fortnite but how do they do it as they have all the crossplays! Is everyone just playing against each other can someone on a phone play against someone on a high end pc?

The one I hated was someone holding a sign saying almost finished.... at the halfway mark and I really wanted to quit! It was the finish line for the half marathon but I was doing the full marathon! I did the San Francisco Marathon probably 8 years ago. My friends do the tough Mudders, full marathons, half marathons, triathlon, Reno Tahoe Odyssey and a few other events. She even did a half marathon 7 months pregnant!

I most likely have to wait at least 4-5 months but at least hopefully I would only have to switch out the GPU. I just haven't had a working PC in probably 3 years.
