  1. Man I always feel a bit bad whenever I see Kevin Kiermaier's name come up in the same sentence as injury. The guy could stub his toe on a coffee table and somehow suffer a season ending injury.

  2. There is a guy in Fernley, NV that has been trying to unload all his GPUs just at the start of the crash for crazy prices (3080 for $1600, 3060 for $900 and so on) on the local Facebook marketplaces. I posted a comment for people no buy his cards and just get one for retail and he locked all his listings comments and reported me to Facebook and the admins for harassment. Glorious when crypominers are trying to panic sale their cards.

I’m serious guys: pump sea water to the Great Salt Lake and desalinate along the way.

move over housing and land use, this is my new hobby horse!

I mean the Great Salt Lake is starting to turn into a toxic wasteland, so sure, why not. I mean it to the mormons to establish their land on something that will kill them.

  4. Completely toothless legislation to combat the problem. Pretty much what I expected overall, anyone getting their hopes up for something of meaning to be presented, let alone have a chance of passing, was full of themselves.

You can also bet that when this fails to do a thing to curb mass shootings (and gun violence in general in this country) republican will all rally behind the "Well we tried some sort of gun control and it didn't work," bullshit.

We also had to vote twice for Padilla on the same ballot. Once for him to serve through the rest of the term ending in January 2023 and then for the full term that starts then. So theoretically not impossible for him to not serve the remainder of this term and then come back in January 2023...I mean, realistically won't happen, but dumb as shit for the system to even allow it as a hypothetical possibility.

Somehow somebody will attempt to spinning that as voter fraud. "What voting for somebody twice on the same ballot? That just isn't right," or some asinine crap.
