Police reform isn't anti-police, which again makes the point: if you're making your pitch to Americans, there's no reason for Americans to separate "defund" from "abolish." Republicans try to push anti-LGBTQ laws as "religious liberty." Make your pitch in a way that you don't have to explain it so much.

And I like this mindset: a lot of people wanted her to run for Senate this year. Her efforts to build the Democratic Party in the state of Georgia were way more important (and she's said she doesn't want to legislate). We need people who can build the damn party, especially in Florida where our leadership doesn't understand the many Hispanic communities.

This is another good example that we need new blood to take control of the Democratic Party. Stacey Abrams is great. But there are many like her who get minority issues, get working class issues, way more than the Feinstein/Schumer/Pelosi people. The more they have a voice, the more Democrats can compete nationwide.
