I actually prefer vegan sausages at this point. Regular sausages put my stomach and toilet through too much turmoil.
I bought them by mistake once looking for apple sausage and was very surprised by the flavor. They're great and some of them taste every bit as good as the real deal. I like using them when making pasta dishes.

The study here doesn't make a judgment either way.
I don't know if someone has already studied it, but my guess would be that some meat alternatives are healthier than the real meat would be and some are very likely not. There are huge differences between how all these meat alternatives are made and what they're made of.
Of course, what this study says is basically that "healthier" is a difficult thing to quantify and in the aggregate we really don't know right now.
The biggest issue is really the salt content. Some are better in this regard to others. I buy vegan sausages sometimes that aren't too insane in the amount of salt added to it. You just really have to do your homework and find a grocery store in general that has a good selection.

Well yeah, unless animals are made of beans and salt.

The headscratcher is what the burnin is going to be like with OLED.
If it's anything like the Vita, I wouldn't imagine it to be an issue as it never really became one on that platform.

Not the upgrade I was hoping for, but since I have a launch model, I'll gladly sell mine off and upgrade to an OLED model as I've been wanting a Switch with an improved battery life.

The final recipient for Mid-Summer is @vaxick - what would you like?
Oh wow, I was not expecting this! I'll take a physical copy of Ratchet & Clank for the PS5. Thank you for the early birthday present. 😛 I was just at the grocery store yesterday trying to hunt down a copy since I had a $10 off coupon for being vaccinated, but they had everything but that game.

It's 69 here right now, nice.

The only advantage weed would give you in a race is that of relaxing sore muscles which is a common issue for anybody who runs, but considering I'm sure you're allowed to take any other pain reliever, it's a null point. I wouldn't be surprised if plenty of professional runners use CBD cream on their joints.

How can I say no to a game with music from The Offspring in it.

One of my favorite PS1 games back in the day, but I'd rather see it modernized than remastered. The Medievil remaster put a pretty glaring spotlight on how times have changed.

Glad I held off on this one as I had a hunch Sony would be porting it to the PS5 sooner than later. Will be great experiencing this title for the first time on modern hardware.

It takes time to make an Elder Scrolls game, I'm sure it takes a solid three years alone to design the bugs for the game and how many prices of horse armor they should sell as DLC.

It's always heartbreaking to hear of somebody take their own life due to cyber bullying. Shame so few internet trolls face consequences for their actions. It's completely fucked how many people out there find pleasure in pushing strangers to the point of suicide for the "lulz".

Watching Gerstmann play it made me want to stay far away from it until it receives some substantial patches. It looks awful in its current form as a single player title. I had a lot of fun with Werewolf: The Apocalypse Earthblood despite it being a fairly shallow game, and I was hoping for the same from this one, but unlike Warewolf which was a technically sound game, D&D looks broken in a staggering number of ways.

I still haven't played Ghost of Tsushima, it just came out so late in the life of the PS4 that I've just figured Sony will eventually put out a PS5 edition.

Isn't the web edition of TikTok very limited?
No matter, I can think of a couple. I'd love to be able to access my home security cameras from my laptop. There's an app on my phone and no good way to view the camera feed over a browser. If it can handle Android notifications, I'd like getting notified on my laptop or desktop that someone wrang the doorbell accompanied with video. My phone does, but it's always nice to get alerts on the screen you're already looking at.
There's also some silly stuff like Webtoons. I often buy comics from them, but they don't allow you to view bought chapters within a browser, only through their mobile app.
Yes, it's more so for viewing videos than making, but most of the people who are serious about that app use video editing software and then upload after that. For the casual user, it would be a bit odd to make a video on your desktop when more than likely, your phone's camera along with microphone are better in every conceivable way.
I didn't think about smart home uses, technically, I suppose I could use the Ikea app on my desktop that way to control my lights, but I'm just so used to doing it via Google Home or my remotes, that I never thought about that. It could come in handy if I put some smart bulbs in my computer area instead of having to pair another remote to bulbs over there.

I've been considering giving it a go as I've been wanting a new arcade style golf game. It's been a long time since I've picked up a Mario Golf title as I lost interest in the franchise due to having more enjoyment with the Hot Shots/Everybody's Golf titles.
-
I cannot think of a single app on my Pixel I'd want to use in Windows, and Microsoft using TikTok as an example seems odd considering TikTok has a web edition.

I'm interested, but I'd more so prefer a good arena shooter.

After watching that gameplay my interest in this dropped off. After reading that playing single player is tedious my interest dropped even further.
I guess I'll wait until I have a group of friends looking for something to play.
I just watched some reviews and you're right, after hearing about the single player from multiple reviews, yikes, it was clearly an afterthought. That's too bad, none of my friends who would play this will touch it until they can find a PS5.
-
Despite CDPR giving me a refund for my PS4, and me now owning the game for free as a result, I still just do not have any ambition to play this one at this point. I feel like waiting for the PS5 upgrade as the game still sounds like a terrible experience on consoles.
