I would hold out for more updates and DLC. Yes, you can wander to your heart's content without doing much if any of the main questline, however much of your experience will be procedurally generated and so about 30-40 hours in most places feel "samey". There is a full BGS quality story here (I'll leave it to you to decide how you feel about that) and several side faction questlines + a bunch of stand alone randomized simple fetch or kill quests.

That is highly dependent on the amount of your dependents! 

Its a great watch and an interesting look at the psychology and behaviors of the protagonist. Lots to love about this and everyone puts in a great performance. You do need to watch all the way through, as leaving after a few episodes will leave you with a wrong impression of everyone's motivations.

How DARE you insinu-wait a minute, yes that seems very likely correct, carry on! 

I played this quite a bit and while I really dig the PS1 era + filter look, it is NOT Morrowind like. Its more like a more forgiving and built out Kingsfield if anything. Its weird to compare this game to Morrowind, and I'm just not sure how it gained that rep. 

My biggest concerns/thoughts with what you linked to (humor me this is a drive by post during work hours!) are:

1. 600 watts PSU is too low to support upgrading the GPU later
2. 16Gb RAM is skating the  edge as we move into late 2024
3. Note a bad value for price, with the above caveats factored in

Hey man, in my line of work both of those are a regular reality (and 7:30am is late!) and just part of doing business. I regularly have to reschedule meetings because in an academic environment people can just fuck off for whatever reason and then I'm left to scramble to figure out how to break and remake my schedule to fit all of these subject matter experts back into an input and review itinerary that makes sense.
