“Just like Doritos keep eating. We’ll make more.” - The Opioid Files: A Washington Post Investigation Series

Recommended Posts

For the last several days, the Post has been running a series based on its three-year long investigative work into the "Opioid Crisis".   Per the Post:

a previously unreleased Drug Enforcement Administration database that tracks the path of every single pain pill sold in the United States — from manufacturers and distributors to pharmacies in every town and city — was made public. It was disclosed as part of a civil action brought by nearly 2,000 cities, towns and counties alleging nearly two dozen drug companies conspired to saturate the nation with opioids. The database is a virtual road map to the epidemic.

This hub site provides links to the multiple articles that the Post has written about this crisis over the last three years, including those just published using the newly-released data.
