This is just that in reaction to Chick Fil A getting a slot at some NY highway stops, there's now a bill in progress to make being open on Sundays part of the lease requirements. It also wouldn't affect existing leases, so Chick Fil A can just vacate the spaces when the lease renewal comes up if they really don't want to keep these locations open on seven days a week.
