I'm a big fan of physical therapy. They can really help you out. Only drawback is the price.  With my insurance they still wanted a $45 co pay with every visit which added up when they wanted to do it 2-3 times a week. You say electric pain relief machine. Was it like TENS unit? I did physical therapy for my leg last year and bought one for myself. I bought the Omron PM500, it's about $65 on Amazon.  Well worth the price.

That's what it was! They added a warm pad on top of that. That isn't bad at all; I figured it would be a lot more for the machine. Medicaid says they'll cover 7 sessions, and they said they'll see how I'm doing and send that information to Medicaid.
