Definitely. And that's awesome you guys feel ready (or at least in a better position to handle it)! I think until my wife and I were like: "let's try for kids" an accidental pregnancy would be disastrous for us, not because we couldn't "handle it" but because on a philosophical, existential, and moral level, we're not ready.
