I mean, this is so obviously suicidal that I can't help but think back to the conspiracy theories that Musk is purposefully trying to sink the platform so he can file for bankruptcy.
My theory is he’s trying to sink it for MBS and similar types whom he is quite fond of

Based on the accusations about DESANCTIMONIOUS it’s practically a requirement for office

I’m shocked.
on a lighter note a shutdown is sure to hurt the GOP in the Virginia elections. In a roundabout way if they do hurt the GOP here it’s a “fun” way to see Youngkins chances of becoming president go down in flames

NC Senate GOP super majority holding Medicaid Expansion and the State Budget hostage unless they get 4 casinos out of the GOP super majority NC House.

Do any recent casinos really make money for the city/state they open up in? It seems like they’re all over the place (and expanding!) so there’s no draw from elsewhere it just seems to be robbing the poor and stupid for limited benefit.
richmond is having a second vote on our casino, it failed the last time so of course that means they get another crack at it.

It's borderline "political malpractice" that House Democrats don't attempt on a near-daily basis to use whatever limited procedural means they have at their disposal to get the CTC to a floor vote in the House if only to get the GOP on record voting to kill it over and over and over again. Who gives a rip what soon-to-be-former Senator Manchin has to say about it?
Honestly it would only help
manchin keep his seat (and I’d rather him stay than whatever ghoul comes out of the WVGOP)

So I know I’m still a beginner but damn it’s crazy to me just how much minor changes in form can affect how your body handles weight. Like just adjusting the width of my grip on the bench but just like an inch or two changes how focused the workout is on my chest vs triceps

If anything, his attorneys might've coached him to respond to that question in such a narrowly-defined context as to his "beliefs" rather than his "actions" as that would be congruent with his overall First Amendment-based defense.
cmon. Like the man actually listens to his lawyers.
but still it is a bad defense. It’s even covered in the indictment. His actions are what he’s being prosecuted for not his beliefs. Yeah yeah going to try and taint the jury pool and win the court of public opinion. But anything he says now can be admitted to court as evidence; it’s why good lawyers tell you to shut the fuck up.

The other example is a Virginia state delegate candidate, not even state senate, and not even an elected official yet. My god if we start to consider what Republican state house candidates are up as evidence of some larger thing oh lord it’s gonna get real gross real quick

This man is deeply and irreparably stupid, which isn't surprising seeing as how he thinks that if Legos are inexpensive and have tight tolerances, Cybertruck should be flawless because it's expensive.
