The sad thing is that we are even having this conversation. This shouldn't have to go to court. In a sane world filled with sane people, the entire GOP would have severed all ties with Trump at any of the 100+ times it would have made sense to do so in the last 8 years or whatever. Standards and norms should dictate that anyone who behaves like trump, acts like trump and does trump things should not be considered a normal candidate. The way the GOP establishment treats him, the way the media treats him in pursuit of some sort of semblance of fairness or "both sides-ism" is the problem.

The whole system breaks down when 50% decide they just don't care about anything and are willing to normalize and defend total insanity to maintain the status quo.

This shouldn't even be in court. We shouldn't even be having this conversation. OF FUCKING COURSE HE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE FUCKING BALLOT. That said, this impeachment of Mayorkis was such a hot load of crap. Every single Republican knew it was a terrible idea to impeach a top level cabinet member because of policy disagreements. What kind of batshit crazy precedent would that set?

Anyway, it also doesn't matter. Bipartisanship is over in this country... Joe Biden could move the entire military to the border to immediately stop all crossings while also rounding up all immigrants for immediate deportation and the right wingers would still complain endlessly.

Limiting it to "real" games I owned and paid money for my vote goes to Perfect Dark Zero. I don't know if it's actually the worst (I'm sure it's not) but it wins the prize for biggest overall letdown. What a piece of crap that game was.

I still vividly remember in the mid-to-late 80's, when I was in like jr high... we used to hang out at this local pizza place and they had a party area in the back and there was a local anime club that would come in and watch subtitled Japanese cartoons... and at the time it felt so unfathomable bizarre to me... to see a bunch of adults, choosing to watch weird foreign cartoons with subtitles out in public...

This was before anime was really a thing. I mean, we had Speed Racer, Voltron, Battle of the Planets, Robotech, etc... but it still felt just so weird to me that adults were watching... and with subtitles... in public...

There isn't really a point to this story beyond anime has come a long way since then.
