I love seeing Mahomes cry. 

So I started Spider-Man 2 last night and got a couple hours in and it’s fun as expected. Sucks I gotta work three in a row, but I’ll definitely be playing this weekend. 
 

Also just decided to play New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe on Switch. Just been in Nintendo mood and I haven’t really played this since I beat the WiiU original. 
 

Since I’m working tonight, I might play a bit of Super Mario World on my Pocket when these patients finally go to sleep.

Only half a dozen chapters or so in but you weren't kidding about the heavy handed politics. Definitely annoying as it pulls you out of the story with the mini rants, but the underlying story so far is dang interesting so I've no doubt in the end I'll end up enjoying it. As for Elevation I can't remember if we ever discussed that one. I honestly don't recall feeling like that one was all that preachy at all. 

Yeah, I mean I align with SK's politics, but it took me out of the story at times. Still really enjoyed it, the villains were truly memorable. I gave it 4/5.

Looking forward to his short story collection next year.

Yep, I got a copy with my NES back in the day for the first video game I ever owned.

For my 18th birthday, my (not then)hubsand got my a SNES with the All Stars + World cart since I never owned the system as a kid. Best birthday present ever.

Finished Iron Flame, still working on Trinity, though. Think I'm gonna start Sterling House by Alix Harrow. Also need to start a nonfiction and I've got Kissinger's Shadow by Greg Gradin lined up.

Thinking I'll start Spider-Man 2 tonight now that I'm done with AW.

Made it to World 8 in Mario 3, but I fear I'm about to really start raging at these final levels.

I'm sure husband and I will get a few more levels in with Mario Wonder, like we did last night.

It's still plastic straws here, but I didn't have an issue with the paper straws at McD's in Japan.

Never set foot in a US 7-11, but Japanese 7-11s are fucking amazing. Same for Lawson.

I ordered Bayonetta 3 last night since Amazon has it for $30.

BotW and TotK were pretty much perfection. They don't need to keep redoing it over and over.

Good, because I bought the digital deluxe edition so I'd have the DLC ready to go when it drops.

Mayyybe I'll go back and try Control again ot even play Quantum Break.

Alan Wake II - 8/10. Creative with the design and presentation for sure. Story really got wonky and are we now gonna have to wait another 13 years to find out where these characters end up? Dammit. Altogether a good game.

Should be finishing up Alan Wake II today. Could have last night, but I wanted to read a while.

Also been playing Super Mario Bros 3 on GBA, I'm in world 7. I've never beaten this one on my own and I'm wondering if I can actually do it now.

That’s insane, especially considering his pitching ability is a big if after a second TJ. 

I mean, I love both types of Zelda. ALttP is probably still my favorite, but TotK is probably just behind it. 

I’ve been seeing the raw milk thing pop up on my social media from people I thought were smarter. 
 

I don’t get it. There’s no benefit and only risk.
