I believe in that particular conversation he was saying you will not see a benefit on a regular XBone since Abbey was asking if she could play RDR and get the souped up visuals.

Well they didn’t have a huge budget, it’s very indie, like a passion project. Ports of this game basically depend on the success of this version.
