If I change the .exe for a Steam game to run with admin privileges, do I have to actually click on the .exe to run it as such or launching from Steam will have the same effect?

Oh no I get that. I'm just saying so many people are struggling with this one plus there is a lot of rng luck getting chips you need that this method is a lifesaver. I have not seen it mentioned anywhere was a solution to what would be 10x more grinding to get 100%

I really felt the game would be saved but would have a failsafe built in where if you did this, it would revert you back to the lobby and not the last floor you saved on. Just keeping your overall unlocks and progress.

So anyway I'm a genius. YES this does work. Might be the first to figure this out. Let this go viral lol. You can save during Side Order. Exit out. Backup Save Data. Go back in and play...Rine and Repeat. If something goes wrong and you download from the Cloud you will be put where you previously left off. Bet Nintendo patches this. But it's single player so they probably don't care. But with the amount of weapons you have to beat this with... It's nice you can save before a boss fight with a roller and try again if you lose all lives if you backed up your save

That's the risk. But it's still single player content so I think it should be saved.

So Splatoon 3 (unlike 2) comes with Online Cloud Save. Now I would imagine this would also apply to the brand new Side Order DLC. The DLC is rogue-like and has 30 floors to complete but you can save and suspend your game at any point. My question is can you get to a level right before a boss fight or whatnot, save and exit, backup your game, and if things go south, reload your cloud and pickup where you left off? I'm at work today anyone able to try test this?

Read that Rockstar took out the option for free and auto aim for K&M... Is that true? If so what is it on by default now, cause I would like to play free aim while on foot and horseback if possible. Any other suggestions of things to change? I read to make the horseback riding relative? And make sure he goes straight while turning the camera. Abby other suggestions? Gameplay wise not graphics

So after going crazy last year getting my MW2 stats the way I like em for my OCD... I load up the game today and find my MW2 rank 65 reset back to 1 and think my stats got reset too cause I am locked out of them like I never played before 😂 This is crazy. How are things going to carry over from MW2 to 3 if your shit gets reset?? This is the worst UI ever. On top of that 1) Launch game 2) Update ---> Relaunch 3) Click MW3 single player 4) Exit out of game 5) Relaunch the single player version 4 missions in. Kinda dumb. This franchise really sucks

Yea I unchecked everything from last year and that bought the GB down to about 80-90 Not sure if anything else is needed though. Like other downloads containing assets?

I'm not doing any duplication glitches. So is it worth it getting good pristine weapons from the depths and fusing great items, let's say diamonds or other rare material to the weapon and stopping just short of the item breaking in combat so you get go to Tarrey Town to have the fused item removed for 20 rupees? Anyone else do this? Good idea or not?

For the floating chests in the sky islands is there a way to build something that can fly/hover to/under them. Hover stones can basically float, but can't be propelled by fans I don't think to get under them. I can't figure out how to do this or if it's possible

Should have been done like BotW. I've seen screens and vids of all 4 on the screen at once and it looks like a complete mess in my opinion. Just give us the buff. Game doesn't seem so hard you need 4 extra fighters come on

So far my first complaint is companions. I've only done the Wind Temple and I want the buff they bring while gliding but I don't want them to follow me and and fight for me. To keep dismissing/calling them is annoying

I just beat the Wind Temple. Went back and got all 10 chests. That includes 2 on the floating islands outside. Still don't have the chest icon next to the temples name on my map. Can anyone else confirm?

Can anyone answer a question, shrines show a chest if you get them all. Is the same true for the dungeons in this game? I know Divine Beasts also displayed the icon in Botw

What's everyone's thoughts on using ultrahand to create a path, only to finish up with reverse time to navigate or solve puzzles with objects along that path? I'm not sure if I'm doing shrines right cause I've used this method to clear several puzzles so far and not sure if that's what's intended

For those wondering or questioning performance, Patch 1.10 adds fidelityfx and greatly improve performance. Users on modded switches say the game is running smoother than BotW now!

About a year ago I picked a 2 week vacation starting May 10th. I scheduled going away 2 nights and coming back on the 12th. All of that was done before TotK ever had a release date. Wasn't even on my mind at the time This was just meant to be lol
