Bungie really likes to lay off their composers.

I didn't watch the video, so just 2 to 3 more years until it actually releases? I'm sure they want to really polish it.

True, though maybe they could make a PGR expansion pack for Forza Horizon.

I believe Playground was formed by a bunch of ex Bizarre people. This would allow them to make a PGR game to go along with Forza Horizon.

The QA workers headline is misleading. They were employees of a company contracted by Bioware. Bioware didn't renew the contract.

The actual layoffs, of many long time and senior employees, were terrible though. They pretty much got rid of all that was left of the writers that made the characters and stories that people loved old Bioware games for.

Nice, with this anyone will be able to play every game in the series via gamepass in order to be ready for Infinite Wealth next year.

I will be so happy when this is finally over, whatever the outcome.

Could be, the SquareEnix trailer says it won't come to other platforms until at least 5-29-24. That's a pretty small exclusivity window this time. Whether anything actually happens on that date though, who knows.

I think Wyll is the only one who directly says that he used to be more powerful before the tadpole.

It works well enough as an explanation for why these super competent and seemingly powerful characters (according to their backstories) are all super weak level 1 characters. At least they tried. A lot of games don't. 

I'm so ready for this. The new video reminded me how much I love Remedy games.

Did I make it in time?

I've played some. I really like it. The flight and combat are fun, the different ship types and weapons really change how the game feels and how you have to play as well. I got pulled away by Diablo 4 and FF16, but I'm going to get back to it soon.

The series consoles don't have a native version either, it's still just the XboneX version.

I got the first one with my Nintendo Power subscription. It was my introduction to RPGs. I played that game so much. I think the next one I played was 4 or 5, whichever one had you play through intro quests for all of the companions before you got the the MC. I didn't play any others until 8 and then the most recent one.

The only side game I have is the action one on PS4.

I just got a couple protein powders that I usually get anyway, but for cheaper, and the SK Hynix 2tb ssd to upgrade a 1tb gen 3 I've been using. The 1tb goes in my kids hand me down parts pc replacing a 250gb.

I voted Kameo, it's the only one of those I really put any time into and I liked it well enough.

The question is whether it will have any legs. FF7 Remake sold fine, but wasn't actually all that big in the end, and that's with the nostalgia bump it would have gotten. 

I finished the campaign last night. I was lvl 50. I played acts 4-6 yesterday, with the last couple strongholds, finishing up the map discovery and some Lilith shrines mixed in. I'm not actually sure where acts 5 and 6 start, as I didn't notice the screen messages. Overall I enjoyed it, though I think I like Diablo 3 better.

 I played through the whole thing on tier 1, so I could enjoy a little bit of a power fantasy, as a sorceress. After that I did my first world boss. I then went and did the capstone dungeon. It was definitely harder, in a damage sponge enemy kind of way, but my build got through it without too much trouble.

After doing a helltide and getting a bunch of new more powerful gear, that doesn't really match my build, I'm not sure I want to start the grind. D3 has the only endgame that has ever had me come back to it and I don't know that this grabs me the same way.

Everything in those articles sounds great to me. I really like the Pillars world and I'm looking forward to getting into it up close.

If the demo is of the beginning of the game and it carries over I might try it, otherwise I'm good. The trailers have already spoiled massive amounts of the story, I don't need something from mid game.

Well, we know it looks really good visually. I wish we'd gotten some gameplay though.

I have no idea why this trailer was shown in the middle of the showcase when they already had a 45 minute separate thing for it.

So thus is why Persona 6 is still seemingly quite far off. Hopefully it's good.

Final Fantasy 16 please. It's another PS5 game, so a PSN giftcard or whatever nonsense Playstation makes people go through is fine.

50
