I think it depends on how the issue looks in the polls. If GOP voters want it overwhelmingly then they will likely vote unanimously. Election season is right around the corner after all.
Election season is always right around the corner.

I should probably mention this. If you intend to go to the Ghibli Museum you need to buy tickets now. Not this weekend, not in a couple days, but right now. It's not a very big place, so there's limited entry every day. Tickets go on sale on the 10th the month before (so tickets for Oct went on sale two days ago) and frequently sell out. Looking at l-tike, all the weekends in October are sold out already.

I got myself a nice backpack, should be plenty for each day at least.
I’ll take any food recs. We’re staying here in Tokyo, dunno if you’re at all familiar with that area.
Access Denied
WWW.AIRBNB.COMI would typically stay in Bunkyo, near the Tokyo Dome which is south of your Airbnb, don't think I've ever really went further north than Ueno. Food recs are tough because there are more restaurants in Japan than seems to logically make sense. It's kind of an analysis paralysis issue, but a good rule of thumb is just find the restaurants that have a line forming outside of them.

Back me up and tell her to go to a fish market! I only went to Nishiki but I spent hours there.
I went to Tsukiji when it was still around and got to sample some tuna scraped straight off the bone of a fresh fish. Though it was during the middle of the day, so I didn't get to see the auctions and a lot of the vendors in the inner market had closed up. This year I did swing by Toyosu, but only to the restaurant area for a quick bite because I had tickets for the FFX Kabuki show at a nearby theater.

If you need any advice or suggestions feel free to ask! Japan has been my yearly vacation since 2014 (minus the covid years) and last visited back in March for the World Baseball Classic.

Its shredded memory foam. You can probably find a billion variations of that on Amazon.

I think there's a case where some guys just "get it" with regards to boundries and such, and some guys just "don't get it." And for the former group it is so obvious and simple of a concept that they struggle to think that the latter group could possibly even exist.

Somewhat expected, but my refund request was denied. Two hours is typically the limit and I played over 4. Maybe I give it another go at some point.

What specifically did you not like/enjoy?
It felt very sterile in the way recent Bethesda games have been. Animation, dialogue, storytelling all feel very robotic and like right off the bat the quests they seem to give out are have been the standard Bethesda "follow these quest markers."
The UI/inventory also seems to somehow get worse with each game. There's a million items to potentially pick up, but they still expect you to manage inventory by scrolling through a linear list? Morrowind handled inventory a thousand times better decades ago.

First time I ever requested a refund on Steam. I put in about 4 hours per Steam, who knows if I'll actually get the refund but I just can tell I'm not going to enjoy it.

This just the regular Mario Kart arcade game that Bandai Namco makes? There was a big VR center in Kabukicho/Shinjuku that had a VR Mario Kart which was a cool little gimmick. They bulldozed the place within the past year, but I think they relocated all the VR stuff to a more family-friendly location in Ginza.

North Korea, arguably, has the largest stocks of artillery on the planet. And it's all stuff that fits the Russian guns.
Hopefully it's all shitty, unmaintained shells that are either dudes or explode in the barrel.

maybe it was contrarian trolling but for a while now i always got the vibes from some of his post where it seemed like he was siding with right wing bullshit without outright defending it.
I think he was the embodiment of the mythical "centrist." Certainly some views more conservative than the general leaning of the board, but certainly more liberal than you'd expect out of a self-made, small business owner out of Texas.

We need to build new pipelines... from the Great Lakes to the plains/mountain states.

I honestly wonder what the war situation would be if Russia focused all their missile and drone strikes against military instead of civilian targets.

I've never really quite understood why people expend so much time and energy being concerned about the overall quality of food they consume.
It goes in and then it comes out - as long as it doesn't make you sick what does it matter?
I know you've gone vegetarian, but have you ever just tried like Huel or Soylent or those random complete meals replacement stuff?

Five guys isn't fast food. You have to walk in and they cost like a hundred bucks for a meal.
Five Guys is good, but they are hella expensive. Just pricing it out on their website right now, a hamburger (which is a double patty), small fries, and large drink is over $18.

What are the odds that Prigozhin has ever actually fired a weapon in real combat? Is it less than 1%?

Well, she did file for divorce back in May. So technically married, but is it really adultery at that point?
