Hot Wheels expansion only came out in Forza Horizon 3. Horizon 4 was Legos.

That's one expansion that I didn't get to play much of and glad they are doing it again with Forza Horizon 5. I played the crap out of the Lego expansion though.

I hadn't heard that. Most of my dislike was it wasn't too different and you had to pay on top. Now it doesn't really matter. If it runs and looks better without you noticing and it's free 🤷‍♀️

They said PvP would be free to existing Overwatch 1 players. You would have to pay for the PvE portion. I haven't had the itch to play OW in a long time and this new stuff doesn't entice me to jump back in. I'll give it a go if I have nothing else to play though.

Like I said, making it Free to play makes it less of a punch in the nuts. Now it doesn't matter, you can just play it and leave the old one behind.

I wasn't worried about it costing any money since they have said if you own Overwatch 1 you get Overwatch 2 PVP. I'm just not excited to play it.

I want to be excited for Overwatch 2 but it looks like a new season rather than a sequel.

They said 1 podcast with rotating cast with Jan as host. I'm ok with that. Everyone is pretty much going to be working on content which is great. Dan said he might bring back some of his old ideas. Demo Derby was always fun to watch.

He might have quite that job to do this job. I think he was producer for the New Day Podcast. By doing Giant Bomb he might have agreed to keep doing his other side stuff too. His job role is creative director for GB. TBH this is what Giant Bomb needed. Younger talent with some industry game veterans. As much as I enjoy listening to Gerstman, Vinny, Alex and Brad they weren't going to attract newer viewers.

Once Dan Rykert left it got me wondering how much longer could these guys keep doing this. The way they covered video games was revolutionary for it's time but in world that is now made up of Twitch and YouTube streamers Giant Bomb seemed to have trouble growing their audience, particularly with the younger crowd. I love Giant Bomb and enjoy the Nextlander podcast but they are for a niche audience. I hope Jeff does more Twitch and maybe his own podcast even if it's a one man show with the occasional guest. I would listen to it.
