@Commissar SFLUFAN How many touchdowns now because cold is a mindset?

Miami is set to make the trip to Arrowhead on Saturday for its Wild Card Round playoff against the Super Bowl champions, yet weather forecasts suggest the odds could be stacked against them.

Someone smart should tell him to take a page from brady and wear a thin wetsuit under his uniform, anyone that says cold is a mindset hasn't actually been in that kind of cold before, lol.  I'm glad i'll never have to work outside in those temps again.

Your average Sunday morning Germany NFL game gets triple the ratings of a Saturday night prime time college game.

Would people tune into a Friday/Saturday night football game?  Sure.  Would less people tune in than games at other times -- probably.

I mean, obviously, lol, any nationally televised NFL game will crush any college game in viewers, the NFL is far more popular, it really isn't close.

On Friday you're there to pick up the ladies. When they go home the next day you come back to watch football on Saturday.

I'm sure you could come up with a million reasons for any day, but the fact is if they could the NFL would offer Friday/Saturday night games and someone would pay them a billion dollars for the rights, and millions would watch it, lol.

Broadcast TV has always avoided putting expensive content on Friday and Saturday nights, because traditionally it has the lowest ratings -- largely because they are the nights that are most often used for social events rather than watching TV.

Not sure this applies to football, cause one of the most common social activities on a friday is going to a bar, every bar in America has TVs for football, pretty sure they're not going to feel bad about having to put on football on a friday.

    Friday: High School football

    Saturday: College

    Sunday: Pro

This isn't a real reason, its a "Well its just the way its been" reason, lol.  All it took for Amazon to get this game was money, and they're going to be doing product placement throughout the game, so its going to be like a big commercial.

Anyways after a quick search the real reason is its actually a law.

A 1966 amendment withdrew antitrust immunity for any pro football telecast if a high school or college football game is played within 75 miles of the station airing the NFL game. That essentially eliminated Friday NFL games in September and October.

I can’t see this really working, but best of luck. You’d think Coca-Cola would be tops as Pepsi was hard to find during my visit 25yrs ago on a school trip. Found it just like downtown Toronto, coca-cola machines everywhere, served in more restaurants and in stores. I did find Pepsi but harder/smaller shelf space in comparison to Coke. So I wonder if they factor Coke products WITH the McDonald’s cups, as they’re all Coke products too.

Coke is like specifically beverages while PepsiCo owns a lot of snack foods like Lays, Ruffles, and Tostitos, so all those fun size bags and stuff, as well.

Still only a 1 point game thanks to him. Should have been starting like I said.

This isn't madden, you can't just take a guy and plop him into an offense and win games, they might win this cause Atlanta is awful, but so far hes basically given Atlanta 12 points and is solely the reason why the Vikings are losing.  Its not Dobbs fault though that the Vikings decided to use a RB as their emergency QB instead of you know, an actual QB.
