I know I've seen it (or at least think I did. Gregory Hines??) but for the life of me I can't remember what the heck it was about.
Yeah, Gregory Hines.
Basically:
- Advanced android that looks like the scientist who designed her and is programmed with some of her memories.
- She gets loose
- She leaves a trail of death and destruction in her wake.
- She has no off switch.
- She has to be stopped.
Kinda cool premise, but not executed all that well; a modern version in better hands could be cool.

Eve of Destruction - 4/10.
Lately, I've been seeking out cheesy or bad 80s and 90s films .

Already struggling with Open World Fatigue, combine that with the reviews, and this one can definitely wait.

I heard it's a grind fest. Is this the case?

Shouldn't try and ship prototypes then.

You're on the final boss of the game. You die. You have no Continues left

With my gaming and purchase patterns, I'll be playing this in 2021. Just started HZD this year and it takes me ages to finish open world games.; finished Fallout 4 in December of last year. . .got it at launch.

Know nothing of the comic, but I'll watch.

I'll probably own both MS' and Sony's next system. I lean more towards Sony, but I have an Xbox One X + Game Pass and I'll be keeping that subscription. Def getting the next PS first though. Getting the upgraded Switch when that drops too. . shit, between gaming and photography, these hobbies are expensive.

MS has decided to keep that "We Have the Most Powerful Console" title.
At what cost?
I'd say PS5 will be a 500 dollar system. Hope MS doesn't pull a PS3 with the pricing.

Talk about going over the top. . .

What they've announced so far already makes it worth it.

I think it was like a 7/10 level game.

Perhaps if this does well enough they'll do one. The original came out 17 years ago. A lot of today's gamers were still in diapers or not even born yet, so there will be a lot of people experiencing this for the first time.

I'm interested in the more powerful model if that's truly coming

The first one was the first game in a long time where I genuinely cared about the characters.

I recall kinda liking this game

Btw, supporting 8k is just an HDMI standard, no?
Most likely that's what it means, and probably indicates that they've finally moved beyond vanilla Blu Ray in their systems.

Someone should tell Sony since they've shown off a 16K TV recently. It's like 60ft wide though, lol.

Meh. I'll be keeping this Note 9 for several years. No rush to board the 5G train.
I guess Apple will be all Qualcomm for 5G then?
-
I think even PS3 supported and even had some very minor raytracing in a couple of games.
-
Eventually, Xbox will just be an app. No hardware.

Sounds like Microsoft's "Playstation Classic."
TV 'All in the Family' and 'The Jeffersons' are returning to TV for a one-night reboot
