That's certainly the idea with this first wave of devices. Get a really big phone or small tablet in the body of a normal phone. I think that's potentially cool, but I was thinking about something more in the range of the 12.9" iPad Pro, or even larger. Intel was again showing off their dual screen prototypes recently, and I think that kind of device would be far more interesting with a single, foldable display.

The Surface Go has a 3:2 10" screen. If you had a folding screen device that was double that, you'd end up with a 13.8" 4:3 screen, so something a bit larger than the big iPad Pro. I'd be all about that.

Laptop with two folds creating a widescreen image from a 4:3 body. Hell, bring back IBM's old butterfly keyboard and you could get 17" laptop with a numberpad in a 13" laptop body.

You can't legally buy a pistol in any state that is not your own without having the firearm shipped to an in-state FFL.  I've bought a gun online before, and it had to be shipped to a gun shop near where I lived.

The last statistics I saw was that a large majority of guns recovered from crimes in Chicago come from Illinois itself.  A small percentage comes from Indiana, and even then the "time to crime" for Indiana guns is really high.

What checks are there to stop you from just, I don't know, driving out of state and buying a gun in person from some rando you found online?

Make election day a national holiday. I'm sure the presidents won't mind if you take away their day.

Be like Australia; throw a huge party on election day

Take away Columbus Day because nobody should care about that guy. Just make sure the day remains on a Tuesday. Otherwise, you'll end up with all sorts of long weekend shenanigans.

I always kinda wondered, in a state as blue as MA, how does a Republican get elected governor?

But you guys also elected Scott Brown, even if it was only for a couple years.

You mean how do Republicans KEEP getting elected governor. Local politics in Massachusetts don't exactly align with federal politics. A Republican Baker is an incredibly moderate, never-Trump while Democrats in the state range from mildly moderate to wildly, far left. My problem with him is that he's still a Republican and while he he does come out against Trump with quite some regularity, he still backs members of the House and Senate that are very firmly in Trump's camp.
