Have to go to a funeral Thursday. One of my antivax friends was on a ventilator for a couple weeks and died right before Christmas.

I'm hoping this convinces some of my other antivax friends and cousins to get the shot but it's probably not going to

I don't think it's a government entity. Some states/regions have a commission that governs professional boxing (and MMA). So I should have said the California State Athletic Commission wouldn't sanction Holyfield but the Florida State Boxing Commission did

The fight was originally Belfort/De La Hoya in California. De La Hoya got COVID a week ago so they scrambled to find a replacement (Holyfield). California wouldn't sanction Holyfield because he's 58 so they moved the fight to Florida.

Trump commentating on a last minute Belfort/Holyfield fight feels right to me. The original fight was cancelled less than a week ago because Oscar De La Hoya caught COVID. California wouldn't sanction the new fight because Holyfield is almost 60 so they moved the fight to Florida. There's even some guy named Kavanaugh hyping the fight for the promotion.

I didn't really feel any side effects from either of my vaccines. Hopefully I get some of that sweet vaccine sick time off if they let me get a booster

I qualify for the vaccine now due to my job. I put myself on Oakland County's list so we'll see if anything actually comes of it

Michigan's board of canvassers is holding a public meeting that started an hour and a half ago. 800 people or so signed up to speak. The Republican who said he wanted to delay the certification wants to let them speak
