I'm very disappointed that America is not doing more to try to de-escalate this situation and is instead seemingly only interested in fanning the flames of war.

I'm not sure the US calling for a unilateral ceasefire will actually accomplish anything good in the long term for either the Israelis or Palestinians.  The only way the bloodshed stops at this point is for Hamas to capitulate and accept that Israel will occupy Gaza.

I mean, YTS are giga known to lead you down unsavory paths. I don't know how many times I've heard gamers complain that it all leads to down Andrew Tate and his Tatertots.

We took tik tok away from our daughter because it kept on showing her self harm content.  The more time you spend watching controversial videos, the algorithm will then show you more related content.

In my experience, YTS is not as bad as tiktok, but overall it tries to do the same thing and hook you on harmful content.

I imagine that now the rest of the moderate Republicans see the writing on the wall and fully grasp that MAGA is the party… now there will be a mass exodus of moderates leaving to make their own political party… Lol, just kidding, theyre spineless and will keep their thumbs up their ass

It's happened before - the Democratic party SHOULD HAVE dissolved in the wake of Civil War, but it was somehow able to hold on and rebuild itself.  The Republican party SHOULD have disintegrated during the depression, but it was somehow able to rehabilitate itself.  As much as I would love to see the GOP snap itself out of existence, the two party system will likely mean it is here to stay.

As I said in an earlier post, they are half government, half gang, so you're right, but political structures are much more complicated today than in old times. But in broad strokes the point remains: they are fighting, brutally, for the Palestinian people, just like some tribes of the Native Americans did against the white colonialists for the same reason. In both cases it's horrific and sucks but it's a response to something, not taking the initiative.

If anything, what Europeans (and later America, Mexico, and Canada) did to the natives in North America is far worse than what the Jews have done in this tiny sliver of the region.  Israel occupies something like 0.3% of the land in the Middle East.  If we wanted a fair comparison, The United States would be solely comprised of Massachusetts, while the rest of the continent still being controlled and populated by Native Americans.  Also, Native Americans in Massachusetts would make up a quarter of the population, and have the same political rights and citizenship as their WASP neighbors.

  5. It is insane to think about how much drones have become such a critical component of warfare.  It also has to be terrifying for front line soldiers.  Seeing the videos of small drones hunting down individual troops, and just seconds before impact, the drone camera and the soldier make eye contact - you can see the fear in the soldier's eyes, and then...A blank screen.

The Allies -- at least in the Western sector -- really DIDN'T de-Nazify Germany very much at all.  Except for those with the highest levels of power and influence, practically all of those who either worked for the Nazis or who were members of the Nazi party remained in their positions without penalty.

In fact, the first governments of West Germany were heavily stocked with ex-Nazis.

I guess my point was that while Nazism was very ideological, it didn't take much after the war for most Nazis to give up being blood thirsty Jew hunters.
