The future of Jeopardy is in, well, you know…

You other states can hate on us all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that America itself is the Florida of the world.

It’s funny because I recently stopped using Matt Damon’s name as a slur.

I drink black tea every single morning, but don't wash out the cup I used for tea very often, so it's usually has weeks of built up tea stains that strangely doesn't bother me as much as it does my roommate.

This is where I live currently and it’s fucking scary. Mask wearing is pretty low in many place and almost non existent in others.I am currently working remotely for a tutoring company but was considering returning back to working in public schools in the fall. I’m thinking with everything going on in Florida that may not be the best decision.

They're gonna lose him and the whole franchise will tank.
You are typically pretty grounded and not over reactive to these type of stories. Do you think Feige could actually leave over this? If someone else suggested that I’d be skeptical but if even you think it’s a possibility I’m starting to think this could get bad. -
Oh, this is getting interesting now. -

The irony is that I got into education because I love children and now I can’t afford to even have my own.

I hate when conventionally attractive gain weight and put on prosthetics to play a role that purposefully hides their attractive features. They are taking away roles from ugly people!

It used to be pretty consistent with a solid load every morning, but in recent years. It could be anywhere from 0-3 dumps in a single day.

Imagine keeping music on your device in the year 2021
I download my favorites as well as anything in my current or semi-current rotation. Is it weird to prefer to listen to higher quality music when on the go?

Dune -- a nearly $200 million project -- releases in October and Warner has only just begun half-hearted promotional efforts.
True, although we did get the first teaser last September. We still haven’t seen a single promotional image from either Spidey or Matrix. We don’t even know what the official title of Matrix 4 will be yet (rumored to be Matrix Ressurections, however). -
Space Jam nostalgia may be one of the cleanest delineations between generation X and millennials
Anyways, the original Jam was bad, but the sequel is somehow worse and made me weirdly appreciate the original for what little it did well. Ivan Reitman produced it and made sure to keep it at least watchable and entertaining. The animation was at least well done - here everything looks like ass.

I guess she could still return theoretically but my general feeling is that you don’t pull a move like this before accepting the strong chance you are burning a bridge. Yeah, I’d say she’s done with the MCU.

I can't believe we were this close to losing Bob Odenkirk. I'm glad he's doing okay, but still scary to hear.

It's not that it lacks jokes, but it's that the syrupy tone just doesn't work for this franchise. This looks very Speilbergy whereas the original was pretty far from an Amblin picture. Maybe this tone is only used for marketing and isn't indicative of the movie as a whole, but so far all of the promotional material is in this vein so I'm doubtful.

It wasn’t perfect but damn was it thought provoking. I saw it last weekend and still can’t stop thinking about it. I can see how it would turn a lot of people off though.
Every other 2021 movie I’ve seen has felt like a 2020 movie that was shelved for a year. Old was actually filmed during the pandemic last year and you can tell. I don’t want to give too much away to those who haven’t seen it, but the themes certainly feel shaped by the pandemic. Considering that everyone is looking for escapism right now and not self-examination, this may be too uncomfortable for some.

Apparently I’m misremembering the original film as a comedy because that does not look like a sequel to a comedy.

I haven’t had read meat in over seven years. I don’t get why so many people are unwilling to exclude it from their diets.

A lot of people found the twist cheap but I found it to be most definitely not cheap and adds another layer to what the movie is about. It gives new context and a second viewing as well.
SpoilerJason hear his mom let out the same scream as the “tethered” after she kills Red. I believe that’s when he catches on to who his mom is.

I dig that poster in a hokey 80s Small Town Horror way, nice atmosphere. The title sounds stupid any way I slice it.
To be fair Get Out and Us aren’t the most memorable titles either, they are elevated by being associated with great movies. -
It is wild that both Matrix 4 and this come out in December yet we have seen absolutely nothing from either of them.

Should have gone with Michael Richards instead.
