I definitely have it selected but I went to a guide and know what to do. It’s definitely a bug.
Did you try turning Starfield off and turning it on again?
Yeah, it's probably a bug.

Just raise their wages and pass on the charges to customers so that lab visit will cost $75,000 instead of $72,000.

People forget that Amazon is competing in the space travel market. It's only a matter of time before I go to buy a space ship in Starfield and Amazon will offer a generic version of the mainstream spaceships.

A companion's death in the heat of battle can be forgiven with enough space ale and time, but a sandwich stolen is never forgotten!
While I read this, I was eating a sandwich and immediately looked all around me to make sure no one was going to steal it.

I had a bizarre situation in Starfield last night. I was doing my usual jaunt of landing on a random planet, exploring and then getting into battles with spacers. On the way back from one random series of continuous battles, I got back to my ship (far away from where I was doing battle), moved up to the second level of my ship AND THERE WAS A SPACER in my ship that I had to kill. Did this spacer follow me across the planet after I killed his buddies and somehow stealth his way into my ship and then start a fight?

The Trade Authority in The Den will buy anything off you but only has 11k credits on hand. If you're willing to chill and dork around on your phone for 30 seconds, you can just sit at the stool just a few feet from storefront, wait 48 hours, and continue to sell your stuff. There's no point to limiting how much money a store has to buy stuff if that limit can be ignored at the cost of waiting around for less than a minute.
As much as I enjoy Bethesda's games, they're just full of these sorts of jank decisions.
The first mod I will use when I start using them is one that decreases the time you physically have to spend during the waiting process.

I haven't used any mods so far (probably will after a year or so playing). As for what I'm doing right now: I fly to a random spot on a random planet, search for short while, find a building, and then kill all of the spacers hanging out there. Then sell all my loot. Then go back to the same planet, pick a new spot and repeat.

I remember when I was a counterintelligence agent back in the Army and one of my colleagues pointed out during a meeting in public at a restaurant that ALL of the agents would somehow manage to sit back to a wall looking out at the entrance, even with a large group of agents (it was a yearly thing where counterintelligent agents would gather so all of the KGB would know who they were (not the plan but an example of the stupidity of American bureaucracy)). What I actually find funny about that is that I still do it, although back then, at least I was armed. Now, I sit back to a wall to react to danger but I no longer carry a weapon, and I'm nowhere near in shape to stop anything that comes through the door, including a toddler that's bent on reaching the playskool amusement center.

Every time I see a picture of Menendez, I'm convinced it's just a picture of Santos when he got older.

Yeah, same here.

I have 113 hours in the game, and I'm so, so, so far away from finishing the game. What I do is fly to some planet I've never been on and just walk around it until some side story happens. And then I'm hours into an adventure I wasn't expecting.

I actually don’t care, I just don’t see it. It really seems like malicious prosecution that is rarely charged against any other individual.
I guess I see the hounding of family who aren’t involved in administrations by opposition as one of the ultimate disgusting political acts.
We must get all members of the Biden Crime Familytm one at a time. Or something like that.

It really seems completely sad that the clown circus is going to shut down our government. And I do blame Trump. Even though he's not in Congress, he invited this clown circus to Washington and completely edged them on.
I'm not seeing a great future for this country if the Republican Party can't manage to spit these nutballs back into the sewer.

SSD is part of the minimum specs.
I'm one of those people that thought I was still at the top of the spec hill (I'm not), so I wasn't paying close attention to the minimum specs. Guess I'll have to start doing that now, at least until I get a new supercomputer.

Shockingly I like using 3rd person when I'm out of combat or not looking for something.
I think it also helps ease the queasy feeling I had playing the game initially.
I switch back and forth and often don't even realize what person I'm playing in.

I just need to know what makes it different from Civilization.

It's very emotional for a lot of people. I'm not Jewish, nor do I know anyone there, but the whole thing bothers me so much. I don't side with either faction, but I hate that these sorts of things are happening and don't care which side started it.
