How has everyone been? It’s been a long, long road for me…

I used to just grit it out and tell people I'd been street fighting...

This isn't a new piece, just how I've been feeling lately.  


Hope you've all been doing well. 

I drunkenly drew this one at a party on Saturday night. 

I've been dealing with insomnia for weeks now, on new meds. Wish I had some advice, I've been told to try lavender tea, no electronics on at night, take a shower before bed...None of that helps for me. 

I've only been getting like 2-3 hours of sleep a night. Hope you have some luck getting rest soon.

Lots of lady friends, but I've only ever been in one real relationship, which lasted 6 years. We just never ended up having sex, it was a religious thing with her at first, but that went away pretty quickly, but then we just settled into this routine of doing just like oral and shit and being fine with that, and then I started severely suffering from depression and shit half way through the relationship, so that didn't help. 

Aaandd the next girl I hooked up with after that is "asexual". So just likes to fool around. I've had a couple other random fool around one-time hookups, but yeah, I still had the ol' V-card intact.

Thank you. I'd like to do it for a living. I'm self taught, just learned by doodling a lot.  

So, I'm kind of a mess at the moment. I recently lost my virginity (don't make fun of me) to a girl coming off a breakup with her bf who she caught doing dope (again). Anyway, upon talking about it later, I've learned that it was a meaningless drunken rebound kind of hookup, and I guess I was supposed to understand that, and not be surprised when she went back to her asshole bf a couple days later and acted like nothing happened between us.

Then there's this new girl I've been hanging out with who is also battling addiction. I'm surrounded by addiction and crazy women, I'm lonely and desperate for some company, blah, blah, blah, and don't know what to do with all of these emotions. Anyway, started this - 

So, things have been picking up for me a bit. I just found out I'm gonna be coming into a bit of retroactive disability money soon, which will be very helpful...I had a random unexpected romantic encounter with a lady friend last weekend, been doing good with staying artistically productive.  

I hope you've all been doin' good too.

That's actually in there cause my friends dog is named Loki.

And I have been in a superhero kinda mood, I'll see what I can do.

Hmm..Then just do black & white ink drawings? (But in order to make that pop, you still need to use a lot of black for the negative space...)

You need to clear your mind my friend, breathe slowly, learn patience. Then it can actually be relaxing.
