Just scrambled up an egg with three servings of egg whites with some cheese tossed in at the end. Used the air fryer to cook up about 2 servings of mini tots and then put it all in a tortilla with some taco sauce on top. 7/10 because I had no bacon to add.

Also had my first physical since before covid yesterday. Flu shot, covid booster, 4 or so things of blood drawn. 

BP was 108/67 and so a few tests came back this morning and look good to my untrained eye.  Waiting to see the rest come in and then follow up next week for my tdap.

Going to try to run more regularly, rain or shine. 

I've been doing most of my runs in zone 2 for the last month or so and it looks like it might be doing something. 

I ended up cutting my run short tonight to ensure I made it home in time to use the bathroom, but my zone 2 pace was 9:53 per mile and my avg heart rate was 124 bpm.  I was about 10:45 per mile a month ago at the same heart rate. 

I also added intervals back once a week or so and I was a 7:47 pace before I had to make an emergency landing to avoid a rear door blowout lol. Heart rate was 157 bpm and I felt really strong and know I voile have pushed my last half mile at a faster rate if it wasn't for that burger I had the day prior. 

I'm going to keep this up, even though running in zone 2 means my long runs are taking a lot longer than they would otherwise. 

37.5 miles run this week, 133 for the year. Starting to build a base up even though it's still below freezing out.

I use an electric one to blow my grass clippings back onto my yard from the sidewalk and street. Takes longer to get the extension cord out than it takes to blow them.

It's been a while, but I don't know that they really had good blacks. Had a 27 inch Sony vega TV (with fancy 16:9 squish mode) and a 1080i CRT HDTV though... And my glorious Mitsubishi CRT monitor that nearly crushed my desk. 

I've never actually had a LCD / "LED" TV.

Tell that to the guy I worked with. 66 yrs old going on 145yrs. He spent his life running on concrete and running marathons etc. He litteraly has a walker and moves like a slug now. He told me many stories in how he completely regrets running like he did. His quality of life is awful. 

Anyone that has ever consumed dihydrogen oxide has died, but I'll still drink it daily.
