Donald Trump has been removed from the Colorado ballot, but the U.S. Supreme Court may be able to save his candidacy.

In its decision, the Colorado Supreme Court quoted Neil Gorsuch, who was a Colorado judge when he blocked a presidential candidate from the state ballot in 2012. In the 2012 ruling, Gorsuch noted that the independent candidate, Abdul Hassan, was born in Guyana, which excluded him from running for president and that Colorado has the right to set its own ballot rules.

"One of the things that you'll find in this ruling is some reliance is based on writings of Neil Gorsuch -- Justice Gorsuch -- and what he had to say about protecting ballots from people who did not belong on them," Nicolais told CBS News after Tuesday's Colorado Supreme Court decision. "So I think there's actually a very good chance we can win at the U.S. Supreme Court level."

All them Russian citizens who voted for Trump?
or are you making Trumpish “the election was rigged” nonsense claims?

Russia might have troll farmed, but theres no world where anyone but voters and the American Media are responsible for Trump. Well, and Hillary Clinton and her awful campaign. “I’m with her” and “It’s her turn” are awful, selfish slogans compared to “Make America Great Again”. Messaging matters. I can’t even believe people are still doing the Russian Interference thing.

This time it won’t be media and slogans though, it’ll be Food, housing and gas costs that gets him elected, because millions of 2020 swing state voters feel their home life was better/more secure under Trump. And while sane people know that shit isn’t on the president, Biden can’t claim to be responsible for Bidenomics, and not expect expect it to go badly in the current economy.  no matter how much KJP and CNN/MSNBC claims the “economy is strong” while the working class are having to choose between bills and groceries, and maxing out credit card debt nationwide.

Dems have a huge messaging problem. You don’t claim responsibility for an economy that only benefits the top 10%, and then try to gaslight the public by pretending everything is fine. And this after you restarted student loan payments.

“US Senate affirms the U.S. intelligence community's conclusions that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election in a far-ranging influence campaign approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin and aimed at helping Donald Trump win the White House

And note, this was investigated and produced while the senate was under republican control.

I do want to point out that "anti-migrant" sentiment isn't simply limited to the United States/Europe, nor is it an exclusively "white" thing.

As you all know, I'm originally from the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean, an English-speaking country whose population is roughly evenly divided between people of African descent and East Indian descent.  Geographically speaking, Trinidad is right next door to Venezuela to the extent that on a clear day, you could actually see the coastline of Venezuela from the house that I grew up in.

Due to the economic and political instability in Venezuela in recent years, a not-insignificant amount of migrants have arrived in Trinidad seeking asylum and many of the issues and rhetoric that surround the issue here in the United States are nearly 100% reflected in Trinidad which is a country where people who look like me constitute less than 1% of the population.

I’ve just been trying to focus on myself and my own security and happiness. I’m going to continue to vote and donate to worthy causes, but I can’t change the country and spend so much mental energy on what could happen. It might sound selfish, but it is what it is. I have no control over these things.

Doesn’t sound selfish at all. Sounds healthy
