I bought an iron skillet (Lodge Chef collection), and it should be arriving today. I should make pizza.

Not super often, but it's a good thing to do. There's also groups that will deliver a box at some interval. You don't know what you're gonna get, but it can be fund to discover recipes that work with whatever they give you.

I like fried eggs. But it helps cook other things faster.

Get cast iron pans. Cheap and they will last you forever.

I was literally looking at buying this pan today. All my pans suck. I think I want a lid too, tho.

Way too stressful
I suppose counting down is a little ominous.

I did, but it was after I bought and before I moved in. I demoed myself and paid contractors to rebuild mostly.
I'm pretty sure that wall wasn't load bearing. It's been over a year and still standing, so should be good to go, right?

I've always wanted a 13 month calendar with 28 days per month. And then 1 extra non-week day, maybe new year day. Every month would be exactly 4 weeks, each day of each month would always be the same week day.
Could also be a 12 month 30 day calendar with 5 extra non-week days.

We get the US holidays (8 or 9) + the week between Christmas and New Years. New hires get 15 vacation days (you earn 1 more each year of service up to 22 total) and 12 sick days.
I'm sitting on 43 days of vacation and 73 sick days atm.

Let me know when it can make a grilled cheese.

Memory foam is fun for a night or two but long term it sucks and let’s just be honest about that reality
Well, like I said, it's not for everybody. Not sure why someone would like it at first and then not like it, tho. I've had it for a year and a half, and it's still great.

I remember. Thanks for helping me pick out my sofa as well. It's funny where I run into you.

So it started in your mouth and then ran down your arms? No time to wipe yourself up in the heat of the moment?
Tacos, so like while holding it some liquid ran down my arm wrist to elbow. It didn't taste crazy spicy, but I guess that's because I eat spicy regularly.

I got some tacos in Mexico once, and some juices ran down my arm. My skin burned for hours. I like spicy, tho, so it wasn't bad in my mouth.

Memory foam. I guess it's not for everybody, but I love it. It's both soft and firm. And moving around, even plopping down on the bed, doesn't disturb anyone already on it.

Embrace it. People consider bald men to be more manly, dominant, and wiser.
But do I want to lose my hair? Of course not.

^ Yeah, China has that Uyghur hair cheap.

I'm sure the memory has kept you on the straight path. I take credit for all you've accomplished.

It wasn't me.
What percentage of your pay do you spend on rent/mortgage?

It's a pretty high percentage of my take home, probably like 40%. But I put as much into retirement as I can, and that's money I never see and try not to think about.
