I'd still say you could make them take even a bit smaller, maybe like 75% of where they are now, but this is still a big improvement over how tall they were before. From what I can tell, I don't think the jumping around isn't 100% gone, but I think it's helping a lot that post quotes are now folded up to a fixed height if they exceed a certain vertical pixel limit and require you to hit expand to see the entire post quote.
