Or take better pictures of the food.  It is impossible to tell if the food your are touting is even cooked properly.  Pick up your game if you want to brag bud.

Also here’s the fried chicken recipe:

- 2 cups of buttermilk with a liberal amount of hot sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (1 teaspoon of all aforementioned seasonings) and kosher salt (3 tablespoons). Whisk together, add the chicken, and let it sit in the fridge for 4-6 hours

- In two separate pie plates or pans, create your dredges:

Dry - For every cup of flour add a teaspoon of paprika, cayenne, onion powder,  and garlic powder; a half teaspoon each of baking powder and baking soda; and a sensible amount of salt/pepper (don’t go overboard but do what feels right)

Wet - Four egg whites; a splash of the buttermilk marinade; a splash of vodka; whisk well

Let the pieces drain from the marinade, then do one dry and let it sit a minute or two; then do a wet followed by a dry, followed by another minute or two sit.

Heat up equal parts vegetable and peanut oil to 375 in a Dutch oven and cook the pieces for approximately 8-14 minutes (gonna depend on how many and what pieces you are cooking), turning every so often to achieve even browning

Voila.

I only used the Babish recipe for the dough; the sauce was from a different source (I forget which site). And the chicken is parts of like five different recipes that I frankstein'd together, which basically makes it my own invention. Real cooks riff on existing shit like a jazz master, sorry you can't keep up square.

What's everyone's favorite omelette recipe, style or whatever? I wanna see some omelette porn.

Oh, you're getting omelette porn, then. I need to get some eggs later, but tomorrow pics shall be posted. None of that overcooked American shit. We do FRENCH omelettes here.

I never learned how to properly make them but my tactic is to just slightly hit the one side in the pan, then take it off the heat, cover and let it sit for about three minutes. I currently don't have power so no omelettes for me on the weekend but whenever I get to it, I'll get a picture.
