Doesn't sound like RT will be in there for launch, but the controller support is nice.

I'm guessing they sent cease & desist letters that threatened litigation in hopes of deterring smaller companies but they have no intention of actually pursuing it. It's a scare tactic, has to be, as you said there's no chance it holds up

Spider-Man looking like the exception rather than the norm.  It’s getting a bigger update on the surface of things.  Days Gone is going to be part of that persistent PS Plus collection though.

 

I’m excited to see those hordes at 60fps.  (or something close to it)

While it sucks spiderman is somewhat different as they've made a lot of changes to the game and ported it to PS5. Days Gone is just patched to open the game up further when running on a PS5 via Backwards Compatibility.
