I’ve been holding off on buying Miles Morales (Kilometers Morales for @gamer.tv ) since I’m currently playing AC: Valhalla, have Demon Souls on the way from GameFly and have CyberPunk ordered for next week. I’m hoping that the version with the SM:Remaster goes on sale for ~$50 by the time I’m done with these three games next month

I've been in the habit of checking the Deals section of the Playstation Store weekly. On the PS5 however, that section doesn't seem to exist. They really need to up their store game.

Closest I could find was going to the PS+ section and there was a small area that had PS+ exclusive deals. But I'm looking for these:

I saw somebody on reddit made this. I don't know how perfect it is but it could help if you let it run in a tab in a browser. Do that on top of every other alert you can sign up for.

So I've been trying this off and on and it seems basically at this point everything everywhere is essentially bots/scalpers raiding any place that gets some in stock according to the chat. There are people on there that camp out on that link for hours per day for a week now that didn't get one. Fuck a PS5 at this point.

You'd be perplexed the first time you put a disc in you'd have to put the disc in, upside down otherwise it wouldn't read if you put it in like a normal disc.

I think it's just best to go vertical and use the included stand. The system is very clearly meant to be vertical.

I remember reading at launch one of the kotaku editors is purposefully leaving their ps5 upside down. I don't remember if Sony had an official comment either way. Shouldn't hurt it.

Yeah I know I was only pointing it out because some PS5 owners have been going vertical but not using the stand, letting it sit on its base and using the face plates as support, which I read will not be good for the PS5 long term. But yeah, use the stand regardless of which way you set it up!
