The ground lease is exactly zero dollars for 5 years. It’s basically just a piece of marketing for the overall development they are trying to do with the 150ish acres they have which used to be KBR’s corporate headquarters. There is Mass Health for a public option in Massachusetts that most of these people should qualify for, but many are still choosing to forgo help for fear of getting hit with a bill they can't afford right now. Makes sense considering you get left on the hook for the bill no matter what you were told, sent in writing, etc if it turns out they were wrong/lied. One cool thing is that Amazon is going to buy a bunch of concession items from businesses owned by POC to send out to the drive ins. The movies and concession will be free to the guests.
