What are you playing today?

Finally unlocked the 5th boss cell in dead cells. :dancing2: I'm a bit surprised too, as I started off that run doing terribly. By the end of the first stage, my malaise counter was 1 hit from max. By the end of the second stage I used my flask twice. But some how fighting Mama Tick made me super focused and I managed to beat her without getting hit. Eventually I found a legendary meat skewer and it worked wonders against the giant. :dancing2:

Just started playing Half-Life: Alyx Took forever to get my PC link to work with my Oculus Quest but WOW when it finally did. If it weren’t so late at night I would play the hell out of it but don’t wanna disturb the rest of the sleeping family. Finding myself walking a lot in my room and not knowing where I am

I'm now playing Remnant From the Ashes. I really suck at it bit it's way more forgiving than a Soulslike. So far I love it. The gunplay is awesome and the generated worlds are fun to explore. I got the Swamp dlc to go with it and I'm for sure getting the expansion in August.

You might want to check with a doctor to see what's wrong.

I've been slowing making my way through The Last of Us 2, and I think I'm getting close to the end.

Slay the Spire on iPad - I've had it on PC for years, but never really dug into it. It seems much better suited to a tablet.

And @Pikachu cursed me with a copy of Sonic Generations on Steam, so I guess I have to boot that up at least once. :p

I made the choice/mistake of asking for more work hours this week, so I've gone from one shift to five, which means I'm a bit too shattered to game. Due to that, the Last of Us 2 has taken a backseat. I have however got back into Rocket League and I'm getting close to not being terrible again. I'm not quite at the point where I could come off the walls and give a good go at hitting something/dribbling (I was never able to control the ball in air to stick to the car) but it's getting there.

Rocket League - I had maybe two good games to five bad ones

Last of Us 2 - we played for about an hour the other day. I'm planning on a few hours this evening after I've finished all my uni work

Yakuza o - it was on sale for £7.99 and I wanted to finally give it a go. So far, I went from wondering if I'd wasted my money to enjoying it...I can see this being a good game to throw on for half an hour to burn off some steam

Dropped Okami HD on Friday. I was at 12 hours and the game just never came out of feeling like an endless tedious tutorial somehow. It's gorgeous and atmospheric but extremely boring somehow.

Blasphemous now. This is my second playthrough and the latest major patch improved the overall feel of combat and the controls and it feels great. Ended up playing 5 hours or something in one session.

Like I mentioned in the other thread, game is extremely long so you'll get to a point when it opens up. :p

I've spent twelve hours waiting! That's over ten hours more than I'm willing to even give the average game before I drop it just because D1P told me it's great...when the fuck does it get good, at 28 hours!?

Broke down and bought Last of Us II.  Will play it at some point when it finishes the download.  That's 80GB to be downloaded by the  PS4, so hopefully it'll finish today

Edit:. Played some.  Looks pretty amazing even on my base PS4; didn't know you took control of Abbie so early, heh.

Yakuza Zero.

The in-laws are down at the moment and as I’m sure they wouldn’t care for The Last of Us 2 and the fact I’m playing through it with my wife, I thought I’d carry on with this whilst my mother in law and wife make dinner. I’m finding it so much more enjoyable than I did at the beginning and although I don’t think I’ll become a series obsessive, I no longer feel like I’ve wasted my money. It was worth it for pool, darts and the arcade alone.

UPDATE: I spent about 20 minutes trying to win a Squirrel in a UFO machine. What has my life become?
