I dunno 10 years seems really light for murdering someone out of the blue. If the roles were reversed you think he would have gotten 10 with chance for parole in 5?

Like I said it's only "unfair" compared to everyone else being sentenced too harshly.

This is exactly what I’ve been saying. In a sensible system, 10 years in prison for what she did is probably reasonable. But if the roles had been reversed, Botham Jean would have got the death penalty for walking into a white female police officer’s home and shooting her, especially when it was revealed he was sexting with a married coworker because black male sexuality is also demonized by our society.

By no means am I arguing with you but how is black male sexuality demonized ?

See: 'Jungle Fever', 'BBC', porn stars receiving different fees for interracial scenes, etc. Black males are fetishized as taboo.

Are the extra fees because they're fucking a black guy or because these scenes tend to skew toward using guys that have physically painfully large penises?

Dunno if this still holds true, but back in the day, porn stars on Howard Stern would say that IR scenes paid less and could lower their rates going forward.

Oh if they're making less for interracial scenes then yeah it was a good example, I kind of just assumed on the "extra" part.

But it's a lot more popular of a category these days, right? So I do wonder if that still holds true.

Yeah, no idea. The interviews I’m recalling are probably ancient at this point.

On Friday night, several witnesses flagged down police and directed them to Brown's location. Police found him on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.

"Oh man how did those bullet holes we put in this guy ever get there?" one of the officers was quoted as saying.

Not to exonerate the police but I'm willing to bet folding money that this wasn't a cop but someone who is sympathetic to cops and a certain political party that shall remain nameless :whistlin:

Totally clears the Dallas PD. Thank you!

“Police haven’t found a motive”

I can think of one 🤔

Police always seem to lack all measure of creative and logical thinking when it comes to anything that could implicate one of their own or get traced back to them.

Guy dies, handcuffed, in the back of a police car.

Police: “we have no ideas how he could have died with signs of trauma in the body.”
