Mind you the cattle and farming equipment were another 105k on top of the 690 the wife and I paid. (We put about 45k in the house to modernize it and insulate it as well) of course, I get that you’re competing for homes in your markets. But I just find it crazy that a house like that, probably on less than an acre, costs that much. I have a buddy who just paid a little over a million for 2300 acres in one of the nicest countryside’s in Montana. Prime grazing land, on the Missouri River.
