Annnnnd, the game ready drivers actually dropped my performance ! :wat:

Maybe the drivers were to protect your GPU rather than to enhance performance?

On a more serious note, the patch they're rolling out seems way too comprehensive about way too many issues people are having to have just been something they threw together post-launch, if there's anything resembling competence among the people making Legion I'd assume the driver updates will work in tandem with the update.

My guess is because they couldn’t get CD Projekt Red to give them a reasonable price to pack in CyberPunk, and this was the only other big game with RTX effects coming this fall :p

Valhalla doesn’t have RTX? That would have been a better choice. Unless Ubi said no because that games sells

Here are my bench results with the new drivers and new patch:

1440p - 53fps average, 34 fps low, 83 max fps mostly ultra settings RT High DLSS ultra performance

1080p - 54fps average, 37 fps low, 85 max fps same settings as above

i5 9600k @3.8ghz, RTX 3080  @2100Mhz, 32gb DDR4, running from an NVME m.2 SSD

Needless to say something is seriously ****ed in this games coding.
