I have no idea. I'm not in that world, so I can't speak to what charities are best to serve veterans.

Can we also talk about how the Army is more than willing to send anyone from Puerto Rico off to die, but support them even less than vets from the States?

 

Sorry, just spent Memorial Day over at Boston's Puerto Rican Veterans Memorial and got to listen to a Vietnam vet go on a lovely rant on the subject.
