I don't think Sony has announced how that will work going forward. They probably also don't know/haven't decided how it will work. The translation is: Last of Us 2 Feb 2020 Standard Edition, Special Edition, Collectors Edition, Ellie Edition Zhuge's really good at Sony info, so I have no reason to doubt any of this, especially as he's said before that February is the target.
