This game could have been shown to me as a new title and I'd still be more excited for it than 95% of games shown this E3. (so far) Being my remake dampens my excitement a little. But that's just how low the bar the industry has set as of late for this to be at the top of my radar. I do like the homage to ATB in the battle system. Seems like a good compromise. But I view that more as a slight against most else on display. Their demo looked straight-up fun in a year where not much fun is being shown. They deserve the props for producing a proper stage demo which was by all reasonable accounts, good. Is that speculation or confirmed? It would suck if its episodic. Combat looked great. I wouldve like to see more of the exploration or just walking around midgar in general. Better than most JRPG ENG dub, but I don't like that the lip sync isn't good. Like, the current eng dub is good enough that I'd prolly use it, but with the bad lip sync I rather use JP dub. And uh, how is Tifa redesigned? Old: New: Stockings and visible sports bra is hardly a change. Her tits really don't look much smaller either, just more smushed.
