How much do you pay for a haircut?

Recommended Posts

$0 unless you count the cost of shaving gel. My scalp is less sensitive than my face so I use the old blades for my scalp so it's not costing me more for blades.

I got a haircut a week or so ago. It was $16 and I just gave her a 20.

Typically between $15-$25 depending on what I want done. Just a buzz is on the lower end, getting a straight razor is on the higher end.

Thats about all I can do with my hair at this point either way lol

I do it myself so nothing except for the cost of the clippers but I don't buy new clippers every time I cut my hair.

I use shaving cream and a razor once a week. So what ever that cost. Been doing this for about 10 years.

I haven’t had a haircut since April 2013

Funny coincidence, me neither.

Literally down to the same month. My Facebook page just popped up the old photo of me having buzzed my head in April of that year a few days ago.

Haven't paid for a cut in years.  If I did I wouldn't go higher than $20 or maybe $25.

i have a side question.....

if you go to the barber shop/salon and the owner is the one cutting your hair, do you tip them?

I never tip the owner of any business since they get the profit. I had my electrical box upgraded last year and I tipped all 3 workers, but not the owner even though he worked as well. The owner was very happy with that gesture.
