Football Reminder: AAF inaugural kickoff TONIGHT

Inaugural season kickoff is tonight at 8 on CBS. You will get Atlanta @ Orlando or San Diego @ San Antonio depending on your market.

I thought they were doing well enough to keep going longer than this. I'd actually heard people around town talking about the Fleet, certainly more than I've heard about the Gulls. I didn't watch, but I'm still a little bummed they failed so quickly.

From what I heard the founder Thomas Dundon is probably going to make money off a gambling app and other technology related to the league so it was worth it for him in the long run to make a failed football league and he'll make money off the tech.

-there declaring bankruptcy and not paying the players...at the same time the players cant sign with CFL because the AAF still considers them assets... interesting
